Seige AI (“we”, “us”) is an AI-visibility analytics service, operated by Ambhraj Yadav, an individual based in Bengaluru, India, from seigeai.io. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site or dashboard, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it.
To produce a visibility report, we send the domain you submit — and content scraped from its public pages — to third-party AI providers, who process it to generate the analysis. These providers act as our subprocessors and are bound by their own data-handling terms:
We do not sell any data we collect to third parties, and we do not use your submitted domain data to train our own models.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase made on Seige AI — Paddle, not Seige AI, collects and processes your payment details, issues receipts, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and is who your card statement will show. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its associated plan; we never receive or store your full card number.
We use only the minimum cookies required to keep you signed in — session cookies set by Supabase Auth. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account and scan data for as long as your account is active, so you can return to past reports. If you delete your account, we delete your account record and associated scan history within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records longer for tax or legal purposes (handled by Paddle).
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Seige AI after a change means you accept the updated policy.
