Terms of Service

The service

Seige AI (“we”, “us”) analyzes how AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others respond to prompts relevant to a website domain, and gives you a report and recommendations to improve visibility in those responses. By creating an account or using seigeai.io, you agree to these terms.

Seige AI is operated by Ambhraj Yadav, an individual based in Bengaluru, India.

Accounts

You need an account to save reports, track competitors, or subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Plans and billing

• One-time report — $49. A single, non-recurring purchase covering your own domain's full report plus first-time snapshots of up to 3 competitor domains you choose. It is not refreshed automatically.
• Monthly plan — $49/month. A recurring subscription that re-scans your domain and up to 10 tracked competitors every month, and unlocks the full Content Calendar, Slack/Teams alerts, and monthly email summaries. It renews automatically each month until cancelled.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record for every transaction — Paddle, not Seige AI, is the seller you're contracting with for the purchase itself, handles your payment method, and issues receipts. Paddle's own Buyer Terms govern the checkout transaction and apply alongside these Terms.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't prorate partial months.

Acceptable use

Analyzing competitor domains is a core, intended feature of Seige AI — you're welcome to submit any publicly accessible domain, including competitors', for analysis. What's not allowed:

• Automating requests against our API or website outside the normal product flows, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
• Reselling, redistributing, or white-labeling Seige AI reports as your own product without our written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying prompt sets or scoring methodology at scale.
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or to analyze domains for the purpose of harassment or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Reports, scores, and recommendations are generated by querying third-party AI models and summarizing their responses. AI model outputs can be inconsistent, incomplete, or wrong, and can change over time independent of anything we do. Scores and recommendations are informational — we don't guarantee any specific ranking, visibility outcome, or business result from acting on them.

Intellectual property

Seige AI's software, branding, and methodology are our property. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

Seige AI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Seige AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
